Common Questions

Do LED mirrors need to be plugged in? Yes, our mirrors are simple plug and play. For a seamless finish, use a recessed power socket behind the mirror or have a qualified electrician hardwire it.

How do I operate the lighting modes? Press the first touch button to turn the light on. Press and hold to adjust brightness, and press again to cycle between warm, natural and cool tones.

How does the anti-fog feature work? A gentle heating pad behind the mirror activates when the light is on. This prevents condensation in the centre of the mirror, keeping your reflection clear after every shower.

What is the life expectancy of the mirror? The LED strips last approximately 50,000 hours, around 68 years at 2 hours a day. With normal daily use you can expect your mirror to last well over 10 years.

What is the warranty? Every mirror includes a 3 year warranty (1 year for commercial use).
