How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order, simply select the product you wish to purchase, choose the desired quantity, and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping and payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options, including AfterPay.

How do I hide the chord?

There are a couple of common options:

A qualified electrician can install a recessed powerpoint behind the mirror, allowing the plug to be concealed neatly.
Some customers choose to have the mirror hardwired by a licensed electrician, depending on their setup.

We recommend discussing your preferred option with a qualified electrician to ensure the installation is safe and compliant with Australian standards.

Please note: any modifications or installation methods must be carried out by a licensed professional, and the warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or unauthorised alterations.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 Days and based on where you are located are delivered within 2-5 business days within Australia.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our order tracking page.

What is your Return Policy?

At Lunarglow Mirrors, we want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

Be unused and in original condition
Include all original packaging and accessories
Be returned in a resellable condition

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an appropriate refund or exchange will be processed.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Please note:

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer
Products that have been used, installed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund

What is the Warranty?

3 years residential and 1 year commercial replacement.

How do I clean my Lunarglow Smart Mirror?

Be sure the Demister, LEDs and other functions are turned off before cleaning.
Please clean mirror surface with a mixture of 10% methylated spirits and 90% water and use a soft micro-fibre cloth/chamois.
Always use soft-grit-free cloths when cleaning the mirror glass to reduce chances of scratching the surface.
Be sure to dry all joints and edges of the mirror thoroughly
Do not use any harsh chemicals or windows cleaners etc.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is currently free Australia Wide.

Can I change the shipping address for my order after it has been placed?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.
