Free shipping on every order, Australia wide. No minimum spend, no hidden costs at checkout.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, and orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day.

You’ll get tracking by email as soon as your mirror is on its way.

How your mirror is packed

Every mirror is packed in a double wall carton with corner protection, and every shipment is fully insured. Your mirror is covered from the moment it leaves us until it reaches your door.

If your mirror arrives damaged

Breakages are very rare, but if it happens we’ll sort it out straight away. Let us know within 48 hours of delivery, send us a photo, and we’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you. No forms, no arguing, no sending it back before we help.

Buying more than one mirror

Multiple mirrors ship together in one consignment wherever possible, and shipping stays free no matter how many you order.

Delivery

Your mirror will be delivered by courier. If nobody is home, the driver will either leave it in a safe place or leave a card so you can arrange redelivery or pickup.

Delays

Occasionally weather or carrier issues slow things down. If your tracking hasn’t moved for a few days, email us and we’ll chase it up for you.
