Returns & Refunds Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
✅ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
✅ You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3️⃣ Send the Item Back – Package the mirror securely and return it via your preferred shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will cover return shipping.
• If you’re returning the product due to personal preference, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Refund Process

💰 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items that are damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or improper care.
